We want you to love your journal.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include the original packaging
Because journals are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been written in or used.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email support@heartfeltpages.co with:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
